Poland Provisions is a cafe and general store in the heart of Poland. Our goal is to provide fresh healthy food, useful goods and gifts, and provide a community space to connect neighbors and friends.

Hours of Operation
Tuesday through Saturday – 6 am to 7 pm
Breakfast orders can be placed for pick up from 6:15 am until 10:30 am. Lunch orders can be placed for pick up from 11:00 am until 3:00 pm.
Please note that our kitchen is closed from 10:30 am until 11:00 am.
Sunday – 7 am to 4 pm
Breakfast orders can be placed for pick up from 6:15 am until 1:00 pm. No lunch is served on Sunday, but come in to check out our soup and in-store grab-and-go options!

Café
We will continue to make our baked goods and other products under our farm brand, Attwood Farm Kitchen, as well as offer many new options and outside bakers.
We source products from local Maine farms as much as possible and use the highest quality and flavored ingredients possible.
The cafe serves light breakfast and baked goods, soups, salads and sandwiches, and looking to expand to prepared meals-to-go for the evenings.
General Store
The general store has two aspects, a market space and gift shop. We sell specialty food items and local produce and are continually growing our offerings.
You will find our grassfed beef and lamb raised on our farm and other local farm products. We also offer local cheeses, craft beers, and wines you can enjoy for any occasions.
The general store has a growing number of useful tools and items for the home and garden, health and beauty products, pottery, kitchen gadgets, artwork, and gift baskets. Our goal is to showcase our wonderful local artisans from a 20 mile radius.

Charles and Sheila Foley
We purchased Attwood Farm in 2011 and started with a line of salsas and baked goods in 2019. We both had a long-time dreams of opening a café, bakery, and general store in our town that would serve as a gathering place for our community, showcase for local artisans, and destination for both locals and tourists.
Located in the heart of Poland center, we want to ignite an emotional connection to the town by providing a central location to merge our diverse community, provide home cooked foods, a place for socialization, and a market to selling quality goods and gifts. Our timber framed building was built to created a beautiful, inviting, and safe place for all ages. Rooted in the center of our town, we want to celebrate our community, state, and country with you!
